Seattle, WA Plate of Nations, the signature event of the MLK Business Association, was designed to collectively promote independently-owned restaurants in the MLK community. Immigrants from around the world have settled in the Rainier Valley and started businesses that provide cultural favorites for ethnic communities looking for a taste of home. Those restaurant owners are excited to welcome other customers to join in their traditions.

Seattle, WA Tết In Seattle (T-I-S.) organizes the annual Tết Festival, a free celebration event held at the Seattle Center as part of Seattle Center's Festal world cultural program. The Tết Festival celebrates the cultural roots of Vietnamese-Americans through the celebration of Tết, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, by presenting, promoting, and providing hands-on experience in the arts, musics, performances, and foods that are unique to Vietnam.

Seattle, WA The Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit tasked to improve the economic vitality of Seattle's historic Chinatown-International District. CIDBIA focuses on sanitation services, public safety coordination, marketing and events, and advocacy for small businesses to create a clean, safe, and welcoming neighborhood.

Newcastle, WA Người Việt Tây Bắc (translated as Northwest Vietnamese News in English) is the oldest and longest-running Vietnamese language news source in the Northwest. We publish on Friday. The Friday edition’s distribution is concentrated in Western Washington and is distributed in Vietnamese stores, restaurants, delis and offices. We publish news stories about social issues, the economy, politics, and culture relevant to overseas Vietnamese in the United States, particularly in Washington.
