15th Annual Dancing in the Square Powwow
We have amazing news!
After two very long years, we are finally hosting the 15th annual Dancing in the Square Powwow.
Join us Friday, September 30th at Pioneer Square in downtown Portland, OR for a drum ceremony, performance, and educational series on our programs and projects.
The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) staff will be showcasing their projects and work to celebrate our 50th anniversary 1972 – 2022. There will be no vendor booths or food carts this year.
NPAIHB was founded in 1972 with the mission to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life of American Indians and Alaska Natives by supporting Northwest Tribes in their delivery of culturally appropriate, high-quality healthcare.
Help us celebrate our fifty years of serving the 43 federally recognized tribes in oregon, Washington, and Idaho!
Stay tuned for more information, we can’t wait to see you there!
