Day of Remembrance at Tigard Library
The Tigard Library hosts Toby Loftus, who will speak about his mother’s imprisonment in a Japanese incarceration camp near Hood River during World War II. His mother was in the fourth grade when her whole family was forced from their home and into incarceration camps. This 60-minute talk will feature family photos and video clips followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
