UW Nikkei Day of Remembrance

Community Gathering Performance/Demonstration Speaker/Panel/Lecture Other

This month, there are many meaningful programs marking the Day of Remembrance, the anniversary of the signing of Executive Order 9066 which enabled the forced removal and incarceration of 120,000 Japanese Americans during World War II.

Please consider attending the UW NSU’s event, “The Art of Resistance,” at the Samuel E Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center, 3931 Brooklyn Ave NE, on Wednesday, February 15th, at 6:00 PM. Details on the poster below.
