Elders, Youth and Children free! Adult competition $25.00. T-shirts for everyone. Featured Guest Speaker Legend, Olympic Gold Champion Billy Mills (Oglala), and Master of Ceremony Comedian Tonia Jo Hall as ‘Auntie Beachress’. Fun for everyone!
