Mindfulness Hike
October 15, 2023
Join the Seattle Running Collective and the Snoqualmie Tribe Ancestral Movement for a mindful hike at Snoqualmie Falls, a sacred site to the Snoqualmie People.
The Ancestral Lands Movement seeks to spread awareness of the Snoqualmie people who have lived in the southern Salish Sea region since time immemorial and share the significance of these lands and provide information on how people can help the Tribe in respecting, restoring, and protecting these lands.
This hike will allow us to all move together and reflect on our impact on the lands and how each of us can become better stewards for future generations. This is a family-friendly event.
The hike is about 1.4 miles roundtrip. While the hike itself is not ADA accessible, there are viewing areas that are ADA accessible.
