This class is great for ages 6-18. All children must be accompanied by adults.

For centuries, rural and immigrant parents on a budget made dolls for their children from common materials found at home, like yarn, and over time in America’s Nordic immigrant communities the creation of small yarn doll ornaments grew from this tradition into its own art form. Making yarn doll ornaments is a fun and easy project enjoyable by adults and children alike. Come spend a morning creating and expressing your creativity with us, and take home custom ornaments of your very own! A wide variety of yarn colors and styles will be provided by members of the Nordic Knitting Circle, but if you have your own yarn at home you want to use, feel free to bring it too!
