AICC was founded in 1967 as a non-profit organization with the support of The Spokane Office of Economic Development. With a modest five-man staff, the early AICC provided referral services and social activities for primarily American Indian people of all ages. Today, AICC has grown to offer social and economic services, individual and self-sufficiency programs, and cultural activities.
Today, AICC continues to grow. New programs, new services, and new members are welcomed. We continue to strive for excellence and support our community. We are still dedicated to hearing the voices of all Indian people in the Spokane County area. With almost fifty years of history, we look forward to another fifty!
