Summary: The Armenian Cultural Association of Washington (ACAWA) is a 501 (c)(3) Registered Non-Profit Organization founded 1989 in Seattle, Washington. Its board and members are volunteers who donate their time and much more to ensure the Armenian culture and heritage is preserved and perpetuated. The ACAWA relies on donations of time and money in order to fulfill its sacred mission to the local Armenian community. All donations are tax-deductible. ACAWA is also eligible for corporate matching programs, such as with Boeing, Microsoft, etc.
Mission: The mission of the Armenian Cultural Association of Washington | Վաշինգտոնի Հայ Մշակութային Միութիւն is to preserve and perpetuate the Armenian culture and heritage in all aspects of life through the enhancement of its language, education, art, music, dance, literature, singing, theater, and sports.

The ACAWA is committed to preserving and perpetuating the Armenian culture and heritage through cultural programs and the arts. Undoubtedly, it is the generous support of our members that make our work possible.
