Growing up, drawing was this fat kid’s sanctuary. I didn’t get invited to many kid parties, but when projects came around, my dance card was full. School was easy and finding jobs post college was a breeze. But settling with what you’re good at will never replace struggling with what you love.
I have been everything from a community organizer, to a math teacher, but nothing ever inspired me quite like drawing. It was the dream of being a professional artist that kept me working tirelessly night after night.
After all the hard work honing my craft, I have worked for some of the biggest production companies in the world. Now I’m a freelance artist, and it’s awesome to be damn good at fulfilling this dream.
