Living Voices, winner of the 2017 Governor’s Arts and Heritage Award for Education, uses theatre and film in a unique and personal approach to exploring the complex issues of social justice through important periods in history, and understanding their relevance today. Using historical perspectives based on real people and events, Living Voices combines live performance with archival film footage and photographs, blended with audio and presented in synchronization with a solo actor.
