Summary: The Low Income Housing Institute develops affordable housing to reduce homelessness and help people overcome poverty in Washington state.

Committed to providing the most vulnerable people in our region with tools to gain stability, self-sufficiency, and economic resilience, LIHI provides supportive services to homeless and low-income individuals and families, advocates for just housing policies and government support for vulnerable populations, and provides free hygiene and health centers with information and referral services to our area’s homeless population (Urban Rest Stop).
