The NATIVE Project is a Community Health Center located in Spokane, WA. We provide Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Preventative Care, Patient Care Coordination, and Pharmacy Services to our patients. Our mission is to provide quality services that promote wellness and balance or mind, body and spirit for individuals, staff, families, and communities. You will not be charged your co-pay if you have proof of tribal enrollment/descendancy. We offer a sliding fee scale to low income patients.
