Summary: Refugees Northwest Foster Care (previously known as the Refugee & Immigrant Children’s Program) resettles unaccompanied minors in long-term foster homes in King and Snohomish Counties.

Based in Seattle, Refugees Northwest Foster Care (previously known as the Refugee & Immigrant Children’s Program) resettles and serves unaccompanied youth in foster homes in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington. Separated from family by war, persecution, and extreme instability, youth referred to our program come from all over the world, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, Eritrea, Sudan, Burma (ethnic minority Rohingya), as well as Mexico and Central America. All of these youth are in the U.S. alone without a parent or guardian to provide care. You can help – become a foster parent to a refugee or immigrant child!
