Summary: St. Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral, Seattle is a part of the Diocese of the West (OCA). All services are in English.
Mission: As disciples of our Lord, Jesus Christ, we are committed to be the Body of Christ in Seattle, to witness to the Kingdom of God, and to be faithful to the life in the Holy Spirit as lived in the Holy Orthodox Church since the time of the Apostles. Our parish follows the revised Julian (New) calendar and uses the English language at liturgical services.

Saint Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral, of the Orthodox Church in America , was founded in 1895. Our congregation is filled with a desire to worship the most Holy Trinity within the richness of our multi-ethnic diversity. Our parish is descended from an 18th century Russian Orthodox mission to Alaska. Having been founded by immigrants from Russia, Greece, and Eastern Europe, it has evolved into a truly American church that welcomes all people, both native-born and newly-arrived.
