We are a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network creating and strengthening partnerships between Seattle and Nantes in an effort to increase global cooperation at the municipal level, promote cultural understanding, and support educational exchanges. We motivate and empower private citizens, municipal officials, and business leaders to conduct long-term programs of mutual benefit. Founded in 1980, the Association is composed of individuals and organizations interested in promoting close ties between the people of Seattle and Nantes, France.
