The Shoreline Historical Museum (SHM) serves the public by preserving, recording, and interpreting the heritage of the northwest King County region (85th to 205th, Puget Sound to Lake Washington) and its relationship to the surrounding region. The Museum’s service area includes the cities of Lake Forest Park and Shoreline, and the neighborhoods of North Seattle. SHM, through its activities, provides cultural, historical and educational benefits for all, and opportunities to gather as a community.
