Mission: The purpose of the UACA is to promote Ukrainian heritage, traditions and values; to provide assistance not only to Ukrainians in the greater Portland metropolitan area, but also in Ukraine; and to establish and support a subsidiary sister city membership organization connecting Portland, Oregon area municipalities and authorized local governments in Ukraine; and to carry out activities in support of this mission, consistent with the purposes and restrictions of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
