Summary: Vietnam Health Clinic (VHC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving health care access and services to under-resourced populations of Vietnam, while promoting proactive learning and firsthand experience in primary care for our student members.
Mission: Vietnam Health Clinic (VHC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving access to health care for underprivileged communities in Vietnam.

Vietnam Health Clinic (VHC) is a non-profit, Board-driven, student-led organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and services to the underprivileged population of Vietnam.  Our mission is based upon the belief of equal opportunity healthcare for all.  In addition to providing high-quality health care to the impoverished, we aim to deliver a proactive experience for our student volunteers who are interested in various social work and healthcare professions, providing shadowing opportunities for our student volunteers from local, licensed health professionals.  From this, they are able to learn the process of rural medicine and the basic healthcare system: from triage and diagnosis, to comprehensive treatment, pharmacy consultation, and public health education.  In the process of fulfilling our goal, we collaborate with local medical students and providers in a joint effort to minimize health disparities in Vietnam.
