We provide free opportunities to diverse individuals of all ages to learn and practice leadership skills, understand and navigate systems in order to improve their lives and the lives of others.
Capacity Building
We educate parents, school staff and community partners to improve their capacity to work with each other to support children’s healthy development and academic success.
Community Collaboration
We unite educators, families, nonprofits, policymakers, community professionals, advocates, funders, researchers, practitioners, and others to advocate, innovate and collaborate in order to support the education and well-being of children and families.
Public Policy Advocacy
We join and amplify parent and community voices to advocate for fair and equitable public policies that impact the future and well-being of communities of color.
