The Whidbey Institute is a home for ongoing inquiry, learning, and transformation. We envision people and communities wholeheartedly and effectively meeting the complex challenges of our time.
Our 106 acre woodland campus has served as a home for transformational learning since 1972. We partner with a vibrant network of program leaders working in the areas of generative leadership, ecosystem vitality, community resilience, and more.
We exist for those who sense the urgency and responsibility of our time and feel called to respond.
Our 4 mile public-access trail network and our Sanctuary and Storyhouse facilities invite nature connection and serve an engaged local community.
