In 2024, EchoX’s DIGITIZE hosted its second annual paid workshop opportunity called “Story Gathering: Workshop” for Seattle area high school students to learn storytelling skills centering “own voices” and a theme of unity and understanding across cultures. This year’s fellows were mentored by freelance journalist and novelist Troy Landrum Jr., and EchoX Communications Director Kathryn Lam.
