Join us with The Common Acre and our community partners North Sound Accountability of Health’s Tribal Liason and Demarus Tevuk as we continue expanding our restoration site at The Green Line, and plant Camas Bulbs for a Camas Prairie.
The Green Line is a community stewardship project taking place in the transmission corridor of Seattle City Light near Upper Rainier Beach and Skyway. This is the space under high-voltage power lines. Previously, it was primarily inhabited by invasive weeds.
During this hands on intergenerational gathering you will learn how to plant Camas!
This event will be Halloween themed! Along with planting camas, there will be hands on Halloween related activities.
