Americas

With approximately 132,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, LULAC is the largest and oldest Hispanic organization in the United States. LULAC advances the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 1,000 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all Hispanic nationality groups.
The Lelooska Foundation since its creation in 1977 has sponsored a variety of educational programs aimed at preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Native Peoples of North America.
Located in the historic 1912 Northern Pacific Railway depot the museum offers interesting displays depicting the early settlements and pioneer life in Lewis County, the oldest county in Washington State. Explore exhibits reflecting the area’s logging and rail history as well as a children’s hands-on area.
