Black American

We are a 15 acre vegetable, herb, fruit and flower farm! We grow intensively on 2 acres and sell through farmers markets, stores and to restaurants and our CSA! We grow everything using only organic, sustainable and regenerative methods. The environment is important to us so we do everything we can to keep it natural!
The Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose purpose is to celebrate and educate Snohomish County residents about the cultural roots and contributions of African Americans. We believe that anytime people of ethnic and cultural diversity can come together in the spirit of understanding and mutual enjoyment, the community as a whole will benefit.
The Soul District Business Association (formerly known as SDBA) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit that has been promoting and sustaining the economic and business development of inner urban North/Northeast Portland since 1977. We are a voice, advocate, facilitator and catalyst for approximately 5,000 businesses and 64,000 residents within our district boundaries.
The NAACP education committee strives to ensure that all students have access to an equal and high-quality education by eliminating education-related racial andethnic disparities in our public schools. Through advocacy training, policy development and guidance, building collaborative networks, and direct action, the National Education program works to assure an equitable start for all Americans.
