Eastern Asian

The goals of the choir are: to assemble friends who love singing, to express feelings with Chinese songs, to reminisce, to share homeland culture, and thus to promote the Art of Chinese Music.
SALISH SEA BUTOH is a collective of USA-based dancers, performers and multimedia artists — originally co-founded by Iván-Daniel Espinosa and Cosmo Rapaport — in the Pacific Northwest to deepen the study and exploration of Japanese Butoh and Butoh performance.
We offer Mandarin Chinese programs (include conversation, Singapore math, Olympiad math, English Writing class, Robotic Class, Art classes, an after-school program, and an all-summer program for children ages 4 and up.
The Seattle Cherry Blossom and Japanese Cultural Festival highlights traditional and contemporary arts and artists of Japan and the United States, focusing the Pacific Northwest. The annual free event showcases over 100 (no-vendors) displays and demonstrations of Japanese fine and applied arts, crafts, performing and martial arts, culinary arts, and cultural heritage presented by over 800 volunteers.
The Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit tasked to improve the economic vitality of Seattle’s historic Chinatown-International District. CIDBIA focuses on sanitation services, public safety coordination, marketing and events, and advocacy for small businesses to create a clean, safe, and welcoming neighborhood.
