North American

Situated on nearly two acres of parkland, The Polson lies along the banks of the historic Hoquiam River. Extensive gardens, landscaping, and outdoor machinery displays complement the lovely mansion. You can explore our hillside trail, enjoy the Burton Ross Memorial Rose Garden, and enjoy meals on one of our two picnic tables.
The Toucans are a dynamic four-piece steel band, and we travel all over the Tropical Northwest in a spotless white van, always looking for fun, adventure, and that next bowl of potato salad!
The Museum operates a facility that promotes and celebrates quilting and the fiber arts. We sponsor activities that encourage textile preservation (classes, exhibits), and that provide information about traditions and techniques (workshops, lectures), and raise funds to support a nurturing space that welcomes people of all ages, abilities, and interests.
