The Museum operates a facility that promotes and celebrates quilting and the fiber arts. We sponsor activities that encourage textile preservation (classes, exhibits), and that provide information about traditions and techniques (workshops, lectures), and raise funds to support a nurturing space that welcomes people of all ages, abilities, and interests.
Mexico-USA collaboration of conservation organizations, youth, government, and restoration practitioners for watershed health and cultural awareness. Uniting youth, educators, habitat restoration practitioners, and the birding community for deep cultural connections and sustained conservation of our shared migratory species and habitats.
Yoona Lee is a Seattle-based visual artist, writer, and racial justice activist. Her artwork has been shown at Sotheby’s NYC, the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, Vermillion, Ghost Gallery, Gary Henderson Gallery, and Zeitgeist Coffee, among other venues. Her art and writing have been published in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Seattle Journal for Social Justice, Breadline 4-Year Anthology, and The Stranger (a Seattle news and culture biweekly) and its daily blog.
