The treaty is called the Compact of Free Association The primary goal of the organization is to seek social and economic justice under the law for all COFA residents in Oregon and throughout the 50 states and its territories.

They incorporate original songs and arrangements into their performances that are deeply inspired by swimming and playing in the ancient rivers of traditions while being alive and open to organic innovation. Dr. Juan Tony Guzman, Head of the Jazz Dept. at Luther College writes: “Listening to their performance one can unite space and time across cultures.”
