Arts Corps is a nationally recognized youth arts education organization that works to address the race and income-based opportunity gap in access to arts education. Through participation in our arts integration, out-of-school arts and teen leadership programs, youth experience the transformative power of creativity and gain a deepened belief in their own capacity to learn, take risks, persist and achieve. We use the arts as a tool to explore curriculum and inspire a love of learning. Our teaching artists collaborate with classroom teachers to create lesson plans that integrate the arts and social justice into the students’ core curriculum.
ArtsEd Washington is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to making arts education part of the K-12 educational experience for every student in Washington State.
Arts Northwest is a premier performing arts service organization in the Western United States seeking to: •Empower the world of the performing arts by providing services and products that meet needs and exceed expectations. •Create and maintain an effective, productive and accessible network of performing arts professionals; presenters, artists, agents, vendors, and associates •Champion the artistic, social, cultural, educational and economic vitality of our communities through the performing arts •Provide excellent resources to our members •Ensure organizational stability and strengthen our community of stakeholders
Founded in 1969, ArtsFund supports a resilient and robust arts sector that contributes to the health and well-being of our communities. More than $100 million has been distributed to more than 650 ArtsFund arts organization grantees since our founding.
ArtsWA is the Washington State Arts Commission. We are a state agency, formed by the Washington State Legislature in 1961. Our mission is to nurture and support the role of the arts in the lives of all Washingtonians. ArtsWA values diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe in diverse forms of artistic expression. The arts amplify voices across all populations. Access to arts and arts education should be available for everyone. The arts can and should address inequities, model inclusion, and teach empathy.

From Petroglyphs to Pickleball, the stories of Bainbridge Island connect us as we celebrate the experiences of our diverse community. The Bainbridge Island Historical Museum is within the aboriginal territory of the suq̀ʷabš, “People of Clear Salt Water” (Suquamish People). Expert fishermen, canoe builders, and basket weavers, Suquamish people live in harmony with the lands and waterways along Washington’s Central Salish Sea as they have for thousands of years.
