For All

From Petroglyphs to Pickleball, the stories of Bainbridge Island connect us as we celebrate the experiences of our diverse community. The Bainbridge Island Historical Museum is within the aboriginal territory of the suq̀ʷabš, “People of Clear Salt Water” (Suquamish People). Expert fishermen, canoe builders, and basket weavers, Suquamish people live in harmony with the lands and waterways along Washington’s Central Salish Sea as they have for thousands of years.
Located a stone’s throw away from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal, BIMA is the gateway to Bainbridge Island and beyond. Home to a growing Permanent Art Collection with a focus on artists and collections from the Puget Sound region, BIMA is thrilled to welcome visitors from around the world to view its galleries.
Non-profit dedicated to creating artist visibility & audience opportunities by activating under utilized spaces.

Each summer the Festival returns to Bellingham, Washington to perform a repertoire of the finest symphonic music. Members of the orchestra all hold artistically prestigious positions elsewhere, and many of them are principal players in major North American symphony orchestras.
