Employee-led grantmaking committees at 20 Boeing sites- provide combined employee donations to nonprofits in their communities through ECF grants.

Seattle, WA The Seattle Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI) is a citywide effort to end institutionalized racism and race-based disparities in City government.
RSJI builds on the work of the civil rights movement and the ongoing efforts of individuals and groups in Seattle to confront racism. The Initiative's long term goal is to change the underlying system that creates race-based disparities in our community and to achieve racial equity.

Featuring, 86,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. The convention center hosts more than 220 diverse events each year, bringing over 125,000 guests through our doors.

Oregon City, OR The Museum of the Oregon Territory is a regional treasure that overlooks Willamette Falls. Come explore the history behind the land and see how Willamette Falls transformed the region’s industry. MOOT is home to Native American petroglyphs and artifacts, the original 1850 Oregon City and 1851 San Francisco plat maps, a piece of the Willamette Meteorite, original belongings of Clackamas County’s earliest resettlers, as well as thousands of other objects, photographs, and documents that reflect Clackamas County history and culture.

Seattle, WA 206 Zulu is a Seattle-based community organization, established in 2004, that uses Hip Hop culture and the arts as platforms for community service, education and empowerment. Over the years, 206 Zulu’s diverse membership expanded throughout the Pacific Northwest and a wide array of programs flourished to include free and all-ages events, concerts, festivals, parades, dance competitions, workshops, classes, conferences, multimedia programs, and more.

Seattle, WA The festival began in 2006 after Cyrus Khambatta, Executive Artistic Director for Khambatta Dance attended an Artistic Director Leadership training program with a grant from The Paul G. Allen Foundation and began to realize a long, stirring desire to connect audiences with dance through the festival environment. After a decade in which his own Khambatta Dance was invited to numerous international festivals, each with its own particular take on dance, he found the excitement and fervor with which audiences digested dance works to be a stimulating environment in which to create.

Portland, OR The Portland Latin American Film Festival (PDXLAFF) serves the community as a non-profit cultural promoter under the guidance of the Hollywood Theatre. We are dedicated to showcasing perspectives of Latin American culture through an exploration of Latin film and increasing the visibility of Latin American cinema locally. PDXLAFF presents films with universal appeal that can be enjoyed by native Spanish, Portuguese, and English speakers, and other lovers of the Latin culture. To receive email notifications about upcoming screenings. We screen at the Hollywood Theater.

Seattle, WA Delbert Richardson is the Founder and Curator of the American History Traveling Museum: The Unspoken Truths. The Museum chronicles the rich history of Africans in Africa prior to American Chattel Slavery, the experiences and impact of American Chattel Slavery and of the Jim Crow Era, while also detailing the many contributions African Americans have had on scientific, cultural, and technological inventions/innovations in the U.S., and the world.
The Museum’s mission is to re-educate learners of all ages, in a manner that leads to self- restoration and community healing, with the eventual goal of implementing its teachings into school curricula, institutions, and organizations committed to cultural competence and social justice.
