Welcome to Seattle’s 34th Annual Festa Italiana! Festa Italiana is an all-volunteer community organization which produces an annual series of events the last week of September, culminating in a FREE Italian Festival at Seattle Center. Since 1988, Festa Italiana has been celebrating the cultural roots of Italians and Italian-Americans in the Pacific Northwest by promoting the arts, the food and the culture that are uniquely Italian.

Your Door to All Things Italian
The study of French and Italian language and culture is more important than ever. Italy and France are core members of the European Union and important players in the global economy. French is spoken daily by an estimated 220 million native speakers worldwide and is an official language in 29 countries across five continents. Italian ranks sixth among all languages studied in the US, while French ranks second. Both languages open up many doors to students interested in international careers.
Promoting Italian culture in Seattle and surrounding communities
Baroque Northwest is the presenting organization for the Grand Cru Baroque ensemble directed by Kim Pineda & August Denhard. The organization also presents workshops directed by members of the ensemble and occasionally by visiting artists. We are not a presenting organization for other ensembles. We are, however, interested in learning about individual artists. Please feel free to send us URLs of your work.
