EchoX includes a steadily growing searchable database of organizations, groups, writers, artists and others organized by ethnicity, cultural focus, type of heritage work and/or type of community action. Check back often to see newly added listings!

Want to add yourself or a group to the EchoX community listing?
Community resource listings will grow organically as you and others are added! If you’re involved with community work related to EchoX themes – ethnic cultural heritage and social action – click ‘Sign Up’ in the upper right corner and add your own page to the Directory for free!

After clicking ‘Sign Up’ you will be taken to a form to fill out to create your account. Once you open your account, you’ll have ongoing access to an EchoX backend template where you may provide any information you want others to see. You can also add your own events to the calendar with details and artwork.

Send the EchoX link to your own supporters. Site visitors will learn more about you, your work and your events!

The Islamic Center of Redmond is open for the five daily prayers and for two Jumu'ah prayers at 12:30 and 1:30 pm. Before attending prayer, check out the guidelines located under the prayer schedule.



The mission of the Islamic Center of Redmond (ICOR) is to establish a mosque and center that fosters an active, diverse and united community based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), through religious, social and educational programs and to facilitate good relations, understanding and cooperation with other members of the society.

ICOR is a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Washington to engage exclusively in religious, educational and community activities in conformity with the Islamic Law of Ahle Sunna Wal Jama’at, as defined in the Quran and the Sunnah (Traditions) of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).

The purpose of the center are as follows:

  • To establish the Islamic system of life (Aqamat-e-Deen)
  • To engage in propagation of Islam (At-Dawah)
  • To serve as a mosque for daily, Friday, and other compulsory and supererogatory Islamic prayers
  • To serve as an institution of learning for the Muslim community
  • To provide Islamic services, guidance and assistance to the Muslim community
  • To celebrate Islamic holidays and festivals
  • To promote inter-faith dialogue and discussion
  • To promote and support Islamic causes
